研讨会发言与学术社交

CS PhD 除了组会，还会参加 seminar、reading group、系里 colloquium，以及在会议茶歇里和陌生人搭话。澳洲学术场合整体偏轻松，但提问与自我介绍仍要清晰、简短、尊重时间。

一、听懂研讨会结构

Sorry, I missed the last part — could you repeat the constraint you mentioned? 比沉默更得体；澳式场合对方通常会放慢语速。

二、礼貌提问句型

好问题通常：短、具体、承认你可能漏听了细节。

澄清：Thanks for the talk. When you said you used a frozen backbone, did you fine-tune any layers at all?
延伸：How sensitive were the results to the choice of learning rate — was that tuned per dataset?
局限：Do you see this approach scaling to real-time deployment on edge devices?
先肯定再问：Really interesting work. I'm curious whether you compared against a simpler baseline like X?

避免

长篇「我其实在做类似课题…」占满 Q&A；当众质疑人品（Your method is wrong）——改用 I'm not sure I follow the assumption here…

三、简短自我介绍（elevator pitch）

茶歇或新认识同行时，30 秒版本足够：
